All reservations made through Stratofunlaunchpd are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment details. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a one-night charge. No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff and other patrons. Stratofunlaunchpd reserves the right to refuse service or terminate stays for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of Finnish law.
Stratofunlaunchpd is not liable for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. Safety deposit boxes are available at reception. Use of facilities including the pool, spa and entertainment lounge is at guests' own risk.
Access to the entertainment lounge is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. The lounge offers simulated experiences only — no real-money gambling, betting or wagering is provided.
Stratofunlaunchpd reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the property and services constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union.
